hush is for adults (18+). By using hush you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to these terms. hush is not a crisis or emergency service — if you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services immediately.

1. What hush is

hush lets people post short, anonymous secrets and read and react to others'. Posts are anonymous and are not tied to an account. Posts drop out of the public feed after a set time and are not guaranteed to be permanent, retrievable, or deletable on request.

You must be 18 or older to use hush. If you are not, do not use the service.

We screen content automatically and may, at our discretion and without notice, hide, remove, or block content or sources that violate these terms or that we deem harmful. We may preserve and report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

5. Your content

You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it. Because posts are anonymous, we generally cannot verify authorship or honor individual deletion requests. You grant hush the right to display, store, and moderate content you submit for the purpose of operating the service.

6. No warranty

hush is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that content will be retained or removed on any timeline.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hush and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content posted by users, arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of hush is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
